    Wonderful, well kept real ales, good food, though not cheap. Young relaxed bar staff who give my lurcher loads of attention. Some outside seating. Never a problem. One customer regularly brings in 3 small dogs.

    Really friendly pub, water and treats for our dog. Dogs are welcome in the bar.
