In our pub the dogs are as much our patrons as the customers. We are fortunate to be situated on a huge field where dogs can roam free and socialise with each other, which also brings our customers together. It is not unusual to find as many hounds as customers on a visit to our pub. We have our own resident pub dog, a Siberian Husky, whom welcomes all our fury friends with enthusiasm and has gone viral on social media for her crazy antics. We recently supported a GSD dog walk to raise money for rescue dogs. We provide water and treats as well as our doggies favourites…real pork scratchings! What more could your doggo want from a trip to the pub?

7 October 2017 at 5:44pmFirstly it is in the perfect location for dog walkers on the edge of a village surrounded by countryside, it is brilliantly run by Lorraine the landlady who makes everyone very welcome especially if they have a dog, Willow Lorraine,s dog loves to welcome doggy visitors, it is also a sports pavilion with a big outdoor seating area its great to sit there have a drink and watch the dogs play together, there is always fresh water and doggy bags to be had, if it rains you are welcome to sit inside, no one minds even if you do not have a dog because its a doggy pub and accepted as that, its brilliant, Regards Richard Curtis

Having a lot of other dogs to play with has really helped my dog to socialise and there is loads of room for them to run about and she’ll even take herself off inside the pub for a treat from
