Lovely village pub with bar and restaurant dining, open 7 days a week, excellent beers and food, large gardens and car park to the rear. Excellent staff and Henry, the resident Golden Lab, will welcome you to your table if only to check if you’re eating (but please do not fall for his pleading eyes, he’s not allowed to be fed! Please note that if you wish to eat, and you have your dog(s) with you, then tables are available in the bar area. You’ll certainly come back after your first visit. It’s also an idea to book a table…it’s that good!

This pub and its staff love playing host to dogs – both local and those passing through – and are often visited by larger four legged friends… with hooves!
The pub dog, Henry, is always keen to meet new friends – animal and human alike.
