An excellent pub to bring a dog to in the middle of beautiful Hampshire countryside.
Many people bring their dogs and it is the home of two lovely big dogs.
Beautiful part of the world to go for dog walks. All animals with responsible owners are welcome, but dogs in particular are well catered for. Great rural pub, with some of the best sunsets in the whole of England!!
Not only dog friendly, but horse friendly. They have a large field to park in & go for a ride, come back & put your horse away then go & have some lovely pub food.
Basically a dogs’ pub that lets people in. Massive garden leading tk woods and fields, great landlord and landlady with two friendly dogs of their own, water bowls, hose for muddy dogs and people, two big open fires and dog treats at the bar
Always well-stocked water bowls around with friendly pub dogs walking around keeping tabs on their guests. And well-stocked supplies of Real Ale and good food to keep the humans happy. One of the best pubs in the area and a great destination following a walk or cycle.
The first place I took my dog after her jabs were finished. Always a warm welcome, lots of dog water bowls and 2 lovey pub dogs, and a lovely garden to boot
