Friendly atmosphere, delicious home cooked food, excellent selection of beers, friendly staff, many superb events – such as vinyl nights with Pete the landlord, live music, crafts and hobby groups, you name it. Dogs are welcome with a smile and a biscuit from the jar at the bar. After his evening walk, our dog literally drags us in – how can we resist!

26 October 2016 at 7:59pmThis is a great pub. It’s friendly and nicely furnished and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is high quality and home cooked (real chips even!) and dogs are part of the scene. It couldn’t be better!
